AI Math Solver ("we," "us," "our") provides an AI-powered math help tool. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using AI Math Solver, you agree to the practices described here.

• Math questions you type or submit— text you enter into the solver.
• Photos and files you upload— images of homework, screenshots, camera captures, and hand-drawn sketches submitted for solving.
• Feedback you give us— thumbs up/down ratings on solutions, along with the associated question, image, and AI response, so we can improve accuracy.
• Usage data— pages visited, tool features used, device type, and approximate location (from IP address), collected automatically through analytics.
• Contact form submissions— your name, email address, and message when you contact us.

We do not require you to create an account or provide your real name to use the solver.

2. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Generate step-by-step math solutions, practice tests, flashcards, and other tool outputs.
• Improve the accuracy and quality of our AI-generated results using the feedback you provide.
• Understand how the site is used so we can fix bugs and improve features.
• Respond to messages sent through the contact form.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Uploaded photos and files

When you upload a photo, screenshot, drawing, or file, it is sent to our servers and to a third-party AI service (see below) to generate a solution. Please avoid uploading images that contain personal information beyond the math problem itself — for example, avoid photos that also show your name, school ID, address, or other identifying details in the background.

4. Third parties we work with

We share limited data with the following types of service providers, only as needed to run the site:

• AI processing providers— your question and any uploaded image are sent to a third-party AI API to generate the solution. These providers process the content solely to return a result to you and do not use it to identify you personally.
• Analytics providers— we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (see the Cookies section below).
• Hosting and infrastructure providers— used to store uploaded files and serve the website.

We do not allow these providers to use your data for their own advertising purposes.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity, an analytics tool that may use cookies and record anonymized session behavior (such as clicks and scrolling) to help us understand how the site is used and identify areas to improve. How to manage cookies:

• Browser settings:You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Most browsers let you reject all cookies, accept only certain cookies, or get notified when a cookie is set.
• Clarity opt-out:You can block Clarity cookies by disabling cookies in your browser settings, or by using your browser's Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal if supported, which Clarity honors.
• Impact:Some site features may not work as expected if you disable cookies, but the core math solver will remain available.

6. Data minimization

We only collect the data we actually need to provide the service:

• No account required:You can use AI Math Solver without creating an account or providing your name, email, or other personal identifiers.
• Math questions only:We collect your math questions and uploaded images — not your browsing history or device identifiers, beyond the approximate location inferred from your IP address for analytics.
• No cross-site tracking:We do not use cookies or tracking technologies to follow you across other websites or apps.

7. Children's privacy

AI Math Solver is designed to be used by students, including those under 18, typically alongside their own homework. We do not knowingly collect more personal information from anyone than is needed to provide a math solution (your question and, if provided, an image of the problem). We do not require account creation, and we do not knowingly collect names, addresses, or other directly identifying information from users under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information beyond what's described in this policy, pleasecontact usso we can remove it.

8. Data retention

We retain uploaded images, questions, and feedback for as long as needed to operate and improve the service, and delete them on a rolling basis thereafter. You can request earlier deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see below).

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold that's linked to you.
• Request that we delete data linked to you.
• Object to or restrict certain uses of your data.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
